THE SPIRITUAL DIET
EASY STEPS TO BE
AWAKE AND GET OUT OF YOUR MATRIX
I
truly believe this is going to be one of the most powerful articles I can ever
write. As usual I will try to resume as much as I can, because I believe in the
power of words without having to read a 500 plus pages book in order to
understand something.
The spiritual diet! What is it?
So far we’ve seen thousands of books, articles and products that encourage us
to follow diets, and yes, it’s fascinating that people spend a lot of time and
wisdom taking care of their bodies. But what happens with the Mind and the
Spirit? Most people focus only on one thing, and forget the others, and that is
the reason why people always feel there is something missing, and they can’t
even figure out what is.
To talk about spirituality can
become an endless conversation, so many theories, so many systems of belief.
And I don’t want to get into what is right and what is wrong, because this has
nothing to do with the truth; it is all about finding your own truth and
sticking to it.
The spiritual diet is going to
be the first step into all the thoughts that you include in the menu of your
mind. The importance about this diet is that everything you think is what you
end up believing and feeling as well. So it is the root of any diet, your
thoughts control your emotions and it reflects on your body as well.
The first thing you need is
Honesty. You really need to be eager to flow, not change, this is not about
changing who you are, it’s about growing and understanding who you are, and
then follow a diet of thoughts eliminating the negative ones or at least using
them to make something positive out of them. That is why it’s so important to
understand and see yourself as pure energy having a human experience. That is
the real you, and energy is that coin with two sides, a positive and a negative
one. Keep the balance, or have more positive thoughts and your changes are
going to start being noticeable.
This is the first time I
mention that we are, and we will always be two persons, yourself, who you really
are, and your EGO, or the false idea of who you are or who you want to be. The
ego is good as long as you include it in your diet as a coach, as a source of
inspiration that enhances the best side of you. So then again, you are not alone;
your ego is and will always be like your shadow.
The second step is
understanding the concept of emotional elasticity, it is like picturing your
brain as a rubber band, and that is why people never listen to advices, or if
they do they quickly forget about it, once you know this, you can hack your
mind until you break the rubber band of your thoughts, and grow by expanding
your energy and new thoughts.
Always be aware that
everything is within you, that nobody will help you but yourself, stop asking
for help and begin to help yourself, be kind but be strong too, stop the
prayers and begin taking action.
The final, and most important step is
about time. The longer you wait and avoid this diet, the more difficult or
impossible it will be for you to start living and flowing. The present is all
you have, it’s the seed of change and progress, what expands your energy and
let’s your progress, so it’s up to you to invest on it or not. At the end you
will always be responsible for yourself, face it and get out of the trap of
time wasting behavior.
Begin right now reading and writing
about all the good things that you believe in, the more you focus on good
thoughts the better you will feel and the healthier you will be, never forget the
mind-body-soul pyramid, it will be the best diet you will ever have, the source
of all your energy and wisdom. And remember, wisdom is healed pain, face your
pain, face your fears, avoid drama, and you will free your mind and yourself of
all the traps that keep you from being and using your time and energy wisely.
Love yourself, and be awake, it just
takes honesty and self-love; the rest will come by itself, using the power of
creation.
