Is Spirituality the key to infinite health and inmortality?

"All negative thoughts and emotions should be avoided at all times, it's the only thing that pollutes our soul, and takes away our health and shortens our precious time on this role as human beings."

Before I decided to write this article, I was thinking about the link between health and spirituality. And I found some interesting things that make me think that being spiritual can give you a better health and a longer life.
There are many things that can make someone sick, but to me, negative emotions and feelings can sure either make you sick or kill you in a second. Most of us don't realize this, until it's too late, not because we want to, it's because we ignore the fact that negativity can make your doctor's appointments more frequent than you thought.
Worry is free, most people worry, some more than others, even for the most trivial things. When people worry they get stressed out, and when they get too stressed they get depressed, and the consequences can be very bad for your mind and body.
Spirituality takes you to the root of everything. It leads to understanding and knowing who you really are, and what life really is about. The best asset of being spiritual is the leadership it gives you to stay positive and motivated at all times, and if you ever get sad or depressed about something, being spiritual makes those awkward moments shorter.
All negativity comes from only one thing: FEAR. And the only way to get rid of it is by two basic things: UNDERSTANDING and LOVE. When you realize this, you either avoid negativity or use love to get rid of it, because there is nothing to be afraid of in this life.
Once you understand the connection with your real self, others and the universe, and embrace the concept of oneness, miracles start to come to your life, in seeds of wisdom, health, love, prosperity, and understanding that the bad and good are the yin yang of life, balanced they give you peace and harmony.
Being spiritual changes your ego (the false idea you had about yourself) and once you know who you really are you don't feel lost anymore. You are happy just by being, you understand that everything depends on your thoughts, emotions and actions. Then you use the powerful tools of meditation, yoga, being green, and it not only changes you, it changes the whole world as well, and benefits all of us.
You stop dwelling in the past, or thinking too much about the future. You embrace the concept of living in the present moment at all times. And that helps you to be awake, to have your senses in balance, your mind focused, and your breathing at ease.
Then you feel happy and motivated regardless of any negative thing that is going on, you understand that you are not your circumstances, and that you are not your body, even though you decide to take good care of it while you spend quality time in this human role.
Your mind becomes healthy, you eat healthier, you take care of your body, and you practice the mind, body and spirit philosophy to a better you.
You learn how to avoid attachment, understanding that all suffering comes from attachment, and then you can really start enjoying things, yourself and others. Understanding that your body doesn't even belong to you, and that no one belongs to you, and that even if you buy every materialistic thing on earth, when you die you are not taking any of that with you.
You understand that everything you need is inside of you, you stop wanting and you start getting. Your positive mind, emotions and attitude attract good things to your life, including good health. Then prosperity comes to you, regardless of how much money you have or not. You understand you will always be healthy and immortal, because as a spiritual being, you are the divine energy. And that is the key to infinite health, and immortality of the soul.
